STORE POLICIES
Shipping
- Orders for shipments have a processing period of 3-5 business days - sometimes longer (up to 7 additional business days) if your order contains a pre-order item
- You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once the package has been shipped
- Delays are to be expected on USPS’s part due to COVID-19 prevention safety measure being taken
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders- if that is the case please contact your local post office to file a claim or online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- We are unable to replace packages damaged by the carriers due to item’s uniqueness
- Please be sure all the information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error
- If you have received an incorrect item or there is a product missing from your order please contact us asap @ jakeryanfinds@gmail.com to resolve the issue
Curbside Pickup
- Curbside Pickup is available only in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, CA
- Orders for curbside have a processing period of 2-3 business days - sometimes longer (up to 7 additional business days)
- You will receive an email with curbside instructions when your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup
Returns
- Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges under any circumstances to avoid any contamination that may occur through the return process. As we are a small business we cannot afford putting our team or customers at risk
- If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased you may contact us @ jakeryanfinds@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee a full refund through original form of payment
Refunds
- Potential refunds will be granted as store credit only unless otherwise stated or an exception is made by our support team
