  • You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once the package has been shipped
  • Delays are to be expected on USPS’s part due to COVID-19 prevention safety measure being taken
  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders- if that is the case please contact your local post office to file a claim or online at 
  • We are unable to replace packages damaged by the carriers due to item’s uniqueness
  • Please be sure all the information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer error
  • If you have received an incorrect item or there is a product missing from your order please contact us asap @ to resolve the issue

Curbside Pickup

  • Curbside Pickup is available only in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, CA
  • Orders for curbside have a processing period of 2-3 business days - sometimes longer (up to 7 additional business days)
  • You will receive an email with curbside instructions when your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup


  • Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns or exchanges under any circumstances to avoid any contamination that may occur through the return process. As we are a small business we cannot afford putting our team or customers at risk
  • If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased you may contact us @ and we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee a full refund through original form of payment
